My
name is Jan Schneider and i live in Bavaria,
near of Munich in Germany
12 years ago i began collecting African art.
The first book i have read, the Encyclopedia of African art by Dr. Karl Ferdinand Schädler was very useful in the beginning to start collecting and made me curious to see more.
So i visited the famous museums in Paris, Brussels and New York to admire the masterpieces of tribal art and learning from it.
Every year i traveled with collector friends, read many books and received my knowledge of tribal art.
I was also able to buy some wonderful pieces by famous galleries.
Now i have the desire to trade with tribal art, and make my passion into a profession.
